The FiFo (First in First Out) refrigerator developed by ETC is one of the three ETC solutions (Lafet, Postmix) for soft drink registration. There are two round holes located at the front of the unit from which waiters can only remove 2 bottles at a time. The system registers these actions. The cabinets can be filled from the rear, so that the coolest drinks are always served first. The FiFo refrigerator is available in a 2, 3 or 4 drawer version.

Fifo-system : The First In First Out system has been integrated in the ETC FiFo refrigerator and ensures that the coolest drinks are always sold first. The ETC FiFo refrigerator is the answer to the familiar problem of restocking where no distinction is made between cooled and non-cooled bottles.

Speed : As each bottle has a fixed place and restocking is done via a door at the rear of the unit, no time is lost with looking for a particular bottle. The ETC FiFo refrigerator has been designed in such a way that whenever a bottle is removed the remaining bottles are pushed forward.

Registration : ETC's patented registration system that has been integrated in the FiFo refrigerator ensures that each bottle that is removed from the refrigerator is registered by means of a detector. The number of bottles that is registered by the ETC FiFo refrigerator can then be compared with the number of bottles officially sold.

Capacity : A standard FiFo refrigerator has been designed for 8 different types of drinks. Each extra drawer can accommodate an additional 4 drinks.
